We have reached our capacity and are no long accepting volunteers into the SymBEE program. If you are still looking to volunteer for a ticket, the greening team, Clean Vibes, are still accepting volunteers! You can apply for the Clean Vibes volunteer program here!
Post Fest Volunteer Positions
For already confirmed volunteers, we have openings for post festival work from Monday, September 26, 2016 - Thursday, September 29, 2016. Please email the Queen Bee if interested working Post Fest.
Event Details at a Glance
Come join our superstar squad of SymBEES! Volunteer at Symbiosis Gathering in exchange for your ticket to the festival! Work with your friends, request to be scheduled around your favorite performances and be a part of an amazing event!
* You must be 18 years or older to volunteer.
Work Requirement - 18 hours
This is the average minimum for those working during the event – some work a little more, some a little less.
PreFestival - Sunday, September 18, 2016 - Wednesday, September 21, 2016 - a total of 32.0 hours (8 hours a day for 4 days)
PostFestival - Monday, September 26, 2016 - Thursday, September 29, 2016 - a total of 32.0 hours (8 hours a day for 4 days)
*A small number of SymBEES will be selected for Pre-Festival and Post-Festival work, based on your availability. It is a greater time commitment, but a good option if you don't want to miss any music! If you are chosen for one of these two categories (based on your availability), you will be notified via email ahead of time. Otherwise, you can plan on completing your hours during the event!
Refundable Deposit - $300.00
This deposit is required to lock in your volunteer spot and will be refunded (minus a $30 impact fee) after work assignments have been completed.
